Geosyntec Consultants offers a unique position for an Emirati National Project Administrator based in our Dubai office. This role involves specialized accounting tasks essential to maintaining compliance with company policies and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Interpret contract provisions precisely and set up project data in the accounting database following contract and company policies.
- Examine initial project documentation including contract value, budgeting, service scope, fee structures, payment terms, and approvals.
- Validate and adjust project rate schedules and demographic details as provided by project managers.
- Ensure that mark-ups, taxes, and invoice templates align with contract terms.
- Manage timely review and submission of employee expense reports, performing data entry and corrections as required.
- Administer electronic timesheet processes, ensuring accuracy of labor classes and project billing flow.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable pertinent to project operations.
- Evaluate project revenues by identifying discrepancies and implementing budget revisions; update percent completion as directed.
- Produce required system reports aligned with accounting closing schedules.
- Maintain thorough documentation consistent with branch and corporate policies.
- Complete additional related duties as necessary.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma with four years’ project administration and invoicing experience (preferably in professional services), or associate degree with two years’ experience, or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent knowledge and training.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fundamental data entry skills.
- Able to understand moderately complex contracts, instructions, and correspondence.
- Capable of composing and presenting moderately complex written communications to project managers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain professional relationships with management and colleagues.
- Possession of a valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record to support business travel.
