Job Overview
We are looking for a meticulous and well-organized Document Processor to join our team in Chennai. The primary focus will be managing and processing documentation related to Easy Monthly Installment (EMI) transactions. This role demands excellent data entry skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the capability to handle financial documents with precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify EMI documents for accuracy and completeness ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry of information from EMI documents into financial systems or databases.
- Carry out routine quality inspections on processed documents to maintain data integrity within the EMI records.
- Coordinate effectively with finance and customer service units to facilitate smooth processing of documents and quickly resolve any inconsistencies.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial data, adhering strictly to data protection and security guidelines.
- Detect and address errors or inconsistencies in document processing in collaboration with relevant teams to provide a seamless EMI experience.
- Initiate and implement suggestions to improve efficiency and streamline workflows related to document processing.
- Act as the finance representative onsite at showrooms, aligning work hours with showroom timings and leave policies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent diploma.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally within a team environment.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced and dynamically changing work settings.
