Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair faulty electrical and electronic products such as televisions, microwaves, vacuum cleaners, blenders, mixers, water dispensers, and similar appliances.
• Track spare parts usage carefully and keep consumption under control.
• Raise orders for needed parts based on the approved work instructions.
• Coordinate with suppliers to close pending cases without delay.
• Draft repair cost estimates for warranty exclusions and misuse-related cases.
• Prepare technical documentation for defective items and get it approved by the Senior Electrical Technician.
• Record completed work in the system every day.
• Follow service SOPs consistently during daily work.
• Work toward achieving the assigned service KPIs for the area.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electronics or a closely related field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in electronics repair, ideally in an authorized service center.
• Practical repair knowledge for televisions and small home appliances.
• A customer-focused approach with a courteous and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently, along with solid English communication skills.
