Role Responsibilities

Under general guidance, the Electronics Technician II will conduct preventive and predictive maintenance along with repairs of diverse electronic and electrical systems pertinent to the assigned location. Candidates must demonstrate intermediate proficiency in diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques and conduct comprehensive testing to confirm equipment readiness post-maintenance. The role demands expertise in interpreting electronic and electrical schematics and utilizes various proprietary software and hardware tools from our organization. Advanced computing skills and knowledge in parts identification and system traceability are essential for efficient spare parts procurement. Accurate data entry and maintenance within the company’s information systems, adherence to detailed work processes under the Halliburton Management System (HMS), and mentorship of junior team members are key responsibilities. Maintaining safety, efficiency, and quality in all tasks significantly influences cost control, operational efficiency, and profitability.

Required Qualifications

A minimum of a high school diploma or an equivalent credential alongside at least 3 years of relevant experience in electrical or electronic disciplines is mandatory. Preference will be given to applicants who hold a Technical Certification or an Associate's degree in Electrical fields.
