Role Overview

We are actively seeking an Electrician / Millwright holding dual tickets 442A (Electrician) and 433A (Millwright) to join our Brampton facility. The ideal candidate thrives in manufacturing settings and works collaboratively with production teams to ensure machinery and mechanical systems operate flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain peak operational efficiency of production equipment.
• Promptly address service requests.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment failures, irregularities, and breakdowns.
• Execute scheduled preventive and necessary corrective maintenance tasks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Install electromechanical machinery and components.
• Implement safety enhancements on equipment.
• Adhere to quality standards and occupational health and safety regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Possess a valid Millwright 433A license.
• Hold a valid Electrician 442A license.
• Have at least 5 years experience as a licensed Millwright or equivalent role.
• Experience in electrical troubleshooting is advantageous.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics systems.
• Ability to read and interpret machine schematics and blueprints.
• Good physical fitness to handle job demands.
• Demonstrated autonomy, methodical approach, and efficiency in work.
• Effective communication skills.
• Willingness to be flexible to respond to emergency calls outside regular hours.
• Capable of working independently and collaborating on larger projects.
