The role is a senior growth leadership position with direct responsibility for customer acquisition across paid, organic, and owned channels. You will be expected to guide performance through paid media, SEO, lifecycle marketing, and website improvements, while using data to move quickly between testing, learning, and scaling. The environment is fast-paced, mission-led, and highly hands-on, with close collaboration across product, community, and research functions to help launch and grow science-backed products for a global audience.
This position is best suited to someone who enjoys full ownership, rapid experimentation, and building growth systems that improve conversion, retention, and repeat purchase behavior.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the full customer acquisition strategy across paid social, paid search, SEO, email, content, and website optimization.
- Design, launch, and refine performance marketing campaigns with a strong focus on CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and scalable acquisition.
- Shape the complete funnel experience so acquisition, activation, retention, and lifetime value all improve over time.
- Run lifecycle marketing initiatives, including email and SMS programs, to boost engagement and repeat purchases.
- Review performance data every day, identify opportunities, test ideas, and expand successful tactics quickly across channels.
- Work with cross-functional partners to create strong product messaging and support go-to-market plans for new launches.
- Improve e-commerce systems and infrastructure, including site performance, landing pages, and international expansion efforts.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in D2C e-commerce, preferably in health, wellness, or supplement-led consumer brands.
- Demonstrated ability to scale acquisition on platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok while protecting profitability and efficiency.
- Strong working knowledge of omnichannel growth marketing, including paid media, SEO, email, and conversion rate optimization.
- Solid analytical skills with comfort using metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, funnel conversion, and attribution models.
- Practical experience building or growing e-commerce businesses from early-stage to growth-stage environments.
- A test-and-learn mindset with a strong habit of data-led experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Ability to operate independently in a remote-first, fast-moving setting with strong execution discipline and ownership.
Perks and benefits
- Competitive compensation with the possibility of token-based incentives.
- Fully remote work arrangement with flexible scheduling.
- High-autonomy role with visible influence on growth strategy and business direction.
- Chance to contribute to science-backed, mission-driven products.
- Collaborative environment centered on innovation at the intersection of e-commerce and decentralized science.
- Exposure to advanced Web3 and biotech ecosystems.
- Strong independence and a culture of rapid experimentation and quick decision-making.
