Overview
Contactx Resource Management Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Business Analyst with specialized knowledge in Source-to-Pay (S2P) workflows. The selected professional will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technological solutions within the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, and IT to streamline S2P processes.
- Conduct detailed business analysis encompassing requirement elicitation, Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Design Documents (FDD), process mapping, and fit-gap analysis.
- Support the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation by facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), maintaining thorough documentation, and delivering user training sessions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of end-to-end Source-to-Pay business processes.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in disciplines such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent qualifications.
