Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and guest-oriented Driver to join our team at Al Bandar Rotana & Al Bandar Arjaan by Rotana. The role demands dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and creative problem-solving to enhance guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon their arrival at the hotel.
- Assist guests by opening car doors and escorting them to the lobby.
- Stay informed about hotel services to accurately answer guest inquiries.
- Conduct thorough shift handovers to maintain operational continuity.
- Report guest complaints or issues promptly to the manager on duty.
- Operate hotel vehicles for trips and transfers as assigned.
- Manage and safeguard all guest car keys responsibly.
- Coordinate effectively with early and night shift leaders during handovers.
- Build and sustain positive public relations while aiming to exceed guest expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of parking areas and key cabinets.
- Ensure smooth transportation flow for airport and crew transfers.
Qualifications and Experience
- Vocational training in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in front office or transportation roles within hospitality.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
- Valid local driving license for heavy vehicles such as buses or trucks.
- Strong knowledge of local traffic regulations.
