  • Oversee sales coordinators in processing orders impacted by price escalation, maintaining adherence to established policies.
  • Lead efforts to clear discontinued and surplus inventory via trade, OC, and project sales channels.
  • Evaluate liquidation results at the product and dealer levels; set targets to expedite stock clearance.
  • Partner with logistics to assess pending orders and intervene when stock shortages affect orders.
  • Serve as the primary contact for dealers regarding commercial queries, sales policies, and schemes.
  • Collaborate with branch and zonal sales teams to resolve issues related to policies, schemes, and project targets.
  • Conduct training sessions for sales coordinators on sales policies and schemes to ensure proper order capture and reduce losses.
  • Work closely with product management and logistics to facilitate smooth liquidation of surplus and discontinued stock.
  • Coordinate with head office IT and costing teams to address technical challenges concerning orders and pricing discrepancies.
