Role Overview
This role is for a cannabis retail associate / budtender supporting store operations in Cornwall, Long Sault, and Alexandria, Ontario. The position is available in both full-time and part-time formats, and applicants should specify which location(s) interest them: Cornwall, Long Sault, Alexandria, or any location.
Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will help deliver excellent in-store service, guide customers toward suitable product choices, and share information about cannabis products and responsible use. You will also help ensure the store follows AGCO requirements and internal policies while contributing to inventory control, merchandising, and an organized, attractive sales floor.
The job also involves helping maintain a friendly, professional atmosphere and working closely with teammates to support day-to-day store operations.
Qualifications
CannSell certification is required, or you must be willing to obtain it before your start date. Prior experience in retail or customer service is an advantage. Strong communication and people skills are important, along with a dependable, professional attitude and a willingness to learn. An interest in helping others and supporting the local community is also valued.
