About the Role

Join Vestas, a global leader in sustainable energy solutions, as a Dispatcher based in Tripoli, Peloponnese, Greece. Within the Service Department, which manages sales, service, and maintenance of wind turbines, this role supports the Planning Team in coordinating operations linked to the lifecycle of wind turbines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare a thorough weekly package of work orders tailored for each service team.
• Ensure the service schedule meets all commitments specified in service contracts.
• Maintain timely and clear communication lines with service crews and customers.
• Monitor and control key performance indicators related to planning and scheduling effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of two years’ experience within the wind energy sector.
• Proven experience in a technical service environment focusing on planning and scheduling activities.
• Proficient IT skills with familiarity in database management and planning software tools.
• Experience managing or coordinating smaller development or improvement projects.
• Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English.

Offer and Working Conditions

As a key regional team member handling Service Dispatching responsibilities, you will contribute significantly to meeting customer expectations by ensuring the availability and delivery of products and services. This position operates on a hybrid basis with up to 20 days of travel annually within Greece.
