Key Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, kitchen equipment, and utensils to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Keep the dishwashing station, including the three-compartment sink and surrounding areas, clean and orderly.
• Inspect kitchen equipment for cleanliness and operational condition; promptly report any malfunctions to management.
• Perform light maintenance and custodial duties as needed to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
• Foster a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service toward guests, customers, clients, and teammates.
• Adhere strictly to Aramark’s safety protocols, particularly regarding food safety and sanitation standards.
• Protect company property by ensuring its security at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Basic knowledge of sanitation practices and procedures is required.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines, especially when handling hazardous cleaning chemicals.
• Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends as demanded by the role.
