Role Overview

The Director of Operations role, based on-site in Grand Rapids, MI, entails leading the daily plant operations to ensure safe, efficient, and superior production outputs in sheet metal and tube processing. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and streamline all aspects of plant operations, from production to quality assurance.

• Collaborate effectively with engineering, finance, sales, and customer service teams to resolve production challenges and sustain customer relations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience in operations management with competencies in production planning, process enhancement, and performance tracking.

• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and talent development within manufacturing or industrial contexts.
