Position Overview

This role involves leading strategic growth initiatives within a rapidly expanding consulting firm focusing on digital transformation and technology optimization in the U.S. The Director will craft go-to-market approaches, nurture executive client relations, and generate business opportunities across sectors such as retail, logistics, media, travel, and professional services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement go-to-market strategies for expanding consulting services targeting consumer and enterprise sectors.
• Establish and maintain trusted advisory relationships with executive clients around technology improvements and transformation agendas.
• Drive the identification and progression of business prospects through effective pipeline management and sales leadership.
• Lead consulting projects covering assessments, strategy formulation, implementation, and governance.
• Offer market insights and thought leadership to bolster business growth and fortify market position.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to provide integrated client solutions.
• Oversee complex client programs, aligning stakeholders and ensuring measurable results.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in consulting sales, delivery leadership, and strategy within technology services or similar industries.
• Proven track record in designing and executing large-scale transformation and optimization programs that yield tangible business benefits.
• Established credibility with executive clients as a trusted consultant and advisor.
• Strong capability in pipeline development, sales execution, and expanding account opportunities.
• Expertise in business process services, IT, cloud, automation, procurement, or digital transformation domains.
• Experience managing sizable consulting engagements and multiple concurrent cross-functional projects.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Strong commercial insight to identify client needs and craft relevant consulting offerings.
