Overview
DECFORT, an Architectural & Interior Design firm located in Indiranagar, Bangalore, is hiring a goal-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience. This full-time role demands expertise in strategizing and managing digital marketing campaigns, alongside responsibilities for website design, development, and continuous optimization.
Key Duties
- Conceptualize and implement digital marketing campaigns across Google, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn platforms.
- Manage paid advertising efforts using Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive qualified lead generation.
- Perform both on-page and off-page SEO to enhance website visibility and search ranking.
- Create, publish, and oversee social media content including posts, reels, stories, and shorts.
- Track campaign progress, analyze results, and compile weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Design, maintain, and update the company website, prioritizing user experience and lead conversion.
- Utilize CMS tools such as WordPress for website page development and manage landing pages aimed at improving lead capture.
- Ensure site responsiveness across devices and optimize site loading speed and technical SEO aspects.
- Implement lead capture systems including forms, WhatsApp integration, and call tracking mechanisms.
- Manage uploads related to project portfolios, images, blogs, and services.
- Collaborate with external developers for specialized features and troubleshoot website issues.
- Install and manage analytics and tracking tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Create engaging content maintaining brand uniformity across digital platforms; optimize YouTube videos including thumbnails and SEO.
- Assist with photoshoot coordination and document project progress.
- Manage incoming leads and coordinate with the sales team to facilitate lead conversion and maintain organized lead databases with follow-up status updates.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related fields preferred; however, 12th pass candidates with practical digital marketing and website management skills are encouraged to apply.
- Certification in digital marketing is an advantage.
- Proficient with digital marketing tools including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO tools.
- Experience in website design and development with CMS platforms like WordPress.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is desirable.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tracking tools.
- Ability to create effective landing pages and optimize conversion funnels.
- Creative content development skills and basic graphic/video editing capabilities (using Canva, CapCut, or similar).
- Strong communication abilities and competence in performance reporting.
Compensation & Work Schedule
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹30,000 dependent on experience, plus performance incentives.

- Work hours are 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM with Tuesday as the weekly day off.
