Job Overview
Next Learn Technologies is seeking an experienced Design Engineer to develop innovative products and detailed designs according to client specifications. The role involves comprehensive design calculations and ensuring accuracy in 3D modeling of machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new machinery products and designs in line with client needs.
- Perform and document design calculations to support product development.
- Create and verify 3D models of equipment to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Diagnose and resolve intricate design challenges encountered on-site and the shop floor through root-cause failure analysis.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Possess 3 to 9 years of hands-on experience in industrial machine design.
- Educational qualifications include B.Tech / B.E. in Production and Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
Skills and Tools
- Proficient in CAD software such as CATIA, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, and UG NX.
- Competent in 2D and 3D modeling, assembly drawings, sheet metal design, and cost estimation.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, material selection, and design engineering calculations.
