Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to dentists during various dental procedures.
• Prepare patients appropriately for dental treatments.
• Set up and arrange instruments and equipment needed for dental care.
• Adhere strictly to sterilization protocols and safety guidelines throughout dental procedures.
• Clean and disinfect tools and equipment post-use, ensuring proper storage.
• Responsible for transporting equipment and supplies between clinic and senior care facilities.

Work Environment

Join a thriving mobile dental practice focused on delivering dental and hygiene services directly to senior care facilities. The role involves traveling daily to on-site locations, usually starting the day by picking up mobile equipment from the storage office at around 8:00 AM. Daily shifts last 8 to 10 hours, with mileage and toll expenses reimbursed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of current X-ray certification is mandatory.
• At least two years of hands-on experience as a dental assistant.
• Enthusiasm for working with elderly patients; experience in geriatrics is beneficial but not compulsory.
• Must have access to a personal vehicle suitable for transporting equipment; while a standard 4-door sedan suffices, a crossover or SUV may be more convenient.
