• Ability to navigate using maps and locate addresses within delivery zones, including complex locations like multi-level buildings.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and coworkers over phone and in person.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change quickly and accurately.
• Capability to use computer systems such as keyboards or touchscreens to enter orders.
• Physical ability to manage varying weather conditions and work environments including hot ovens, coolers, and confined spaces.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Exposure to weather extremes and temperature shifts ranging from 36°F in cooler areas to over 90°F in some work zones.
• Handling of materials including ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting, carrying, and stacking tasks.
• Physical activities include standing, walking short distances on varied surfaces, climbing stairs or ladders occasionally, bending, reaching, and manual dexterity for precise hand movements.
