Delivery Boy (Biker)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and punctual Delivery Boy (Biker) to join our team delivering orders for Flipkart in locations including Muzaffarpur, Siwan, and Hajipur. The role demands safe and timely delivery of packages with a strong focus on customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver orders within the specified assigned delivery area.
• Ensure all deliveries are executed timely and safely.
• Confirm all delivery details before handing over packages.
• Collect and submit cash payments accurately, where required.
• Maintain professionalism and courteous behavior towards customers.
• Adhere to traffic regulations and company safety standards.
• Maintain the delivery bike and equipment in proper working condition.
• Report any delivery delays or issues promptly to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: Pass in 10th grade preferred.
• Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Own a bike with valid registration certificate (RC), insurance, and pollution control certificate (PUC) if applicable.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation, such as Google Maps.
• Good communication skills with ability to handle customers effectively.
• Physically fit and able to work on the field.
• Delivery experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary between 20000 and 24000 INR as per company standards.
