Key Responsibilities

• Conduct collection calls and remind clients of outstanding payments
• Utilize skip tracing techniques to find difficult-to-contact customers
• Negotiate repayment plans in a professional manner
• Keep detailed records using Excel spreadsheets
• Address customer inquiries while adhering to compliance regulations
• Consistently meet monthly debt recovery targets

Essential Skills

• Proficient verbal skills in Hindi and Punjabi
• Strong negotiation capabilities
• High attention to detail
• Good command of Excel
• Knowledge of skip tracing methods
• Possession of DRA certification is a plus

Work Schedule & Compensation

• Shift timing from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Monthly fixed salary ranging from ₹13,000 to ₹35,000
• Additional incentives up to ₹5,000 monthly
