Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Data Entry Specialist to join our team full-time at our Illinois City, Illinois facility. This role is critical for maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our company data. The position offers an hourly compensation rate ranging between $45 and $55 USD.

Key Responsibilities

• Precise input of substantial volumes of data from various sources including client orders, supplier invoices, and production records into the company database.
• Conduct thorough reviews and validation of data to identify and correct discrepancies ensuring data integrity.
• Regularly update and maintain existing records to reflect current information.
• Prepare and extract data reports to support different departments as needed.
• Systematically organise and file documentation to sustain a clear and accessible archive system.
• Manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain smooth operational workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative positions with proven accuracy.
• Outstanding attention to detail combined with a high level of precision in work.
• Proficient and quick typing abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong organisational skills and capable of managing time efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Prior knowledge of manufacturing or woodworking sectors is a plus but not mandatory.
