Role Overview
We seek a meticulous Data Analyst responsible for managing the complete process of retrieving data from internal sources and converting it into clear, actionable dashboards and reports. This position suits candidates with strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel, emphasizing business insight over IT specialization. Collaboration with business units is key to understanding reporting demands and transforming data into user-friendly tools for routine use.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly extract and organize data from the central company database.
- Verify data accuracy, resolve discrepancies prior to publication.
- Analyze data to uncover trends and insights supporting business decisions.
- Help define and document system requirements for inspection, audit, and engineering programs.
- Suggest scalable programs for data analysis and automation across new initiatives and commodities.
- Develop tracking tools for auditor, assessor, and inspector performance in new programs.
- Support data infrastructure, visualization, and analytics roadmap projects.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to generate actionable metrics and communicate findings internally.
- Automate reporting processes ensuring timely and accurate data delivery.
- Enhance reporting efficiency and visualization with advanced modeling strategies.
- Maintain data integrity, governance, and documentation; assist validation workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to inspection protocols.
- Advanced data analysis and visualization capabilities.
- Willingness to adopt AI tools integrated with existing technologies.
- At least 2 years' experience in analytics or business intelligence development.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong project management skills with an ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
- Experience working within quality management systems.
- Proficiency in English (reading and writing).
- Availability for up to 20% travel.
- Experience using Tableau software.
