About the Role
Join as a Customer Support Executive handling international voice processes based in Bangalore. This position involves managing inbound calls, emails, and chats, ensuring all interactions are accurately logged, and providing recruitment assistance to candidates including freshers and rehires. The role requires guiding customers through self-service portals, conducting security verifications compliant with GDPR guidelines, and occasionally making outbound calls as per company directions.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound communications including calls, emails, and chats, logging all cases properly in the designated tool.
- Support recruitment processes by assisting applicants and rehires following established protocols.
- Offer guidance to customers using the self-service portal for navigation and issue resolution.
- Perform security checks in line with company policies and GDPR regulations.
- Make outbound calls to clients as required, adhering to client and company stipulations.
- Maintain high standards of call and data quality while meeting performance targets.
- Communicate regularly with team members and supervisors to contribute positively to the team environment.
- Follow all personnel and operational policies within the department and company.
- Keep process documentation updated including DTPs, knowledge bases, and SharePoint records.
- Maintain punctual and consistent attendance as per company policies.
- Minimize customer complaints by delivering excellent service and managing call flow effectively.
- Work five days a week with rotational weekly offs and US shift timings requiring flexibility in shifts.
- Work from office based in Bangalore during assigned shifts aligning with US time zones.
Requirements and Eligibility
- Open to fresh graduates or individuals with 10+2 certification passing between 2024 to 2026.
- The role is contract-to-hire (C2H) where the employing company is Accenture with payroll handled by Teamlease Services Limited.
- Proficient in using customer service technologies such as Ticket Tracking Systems (preferably ServiceNow), ERP software, Microsoft Office, and web browsers.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn new tools and processes quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capable of working effectively under pressure with attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude and readiness to learn.
- Reliable, punctual, disciplined, customer-focused, result-oriented, and demonstrating high integrity standards.
Other Information
- Work schedule involves US timezone shifts with rotating work weeks (Mon-Fri, Tue-Sat, Wed-Sun).
- Work mode: On-site at Bangalore office.
- Working days: 5 days weekly with rotational off days.
Compensation
Monthly stipend ranges from 24,000 to 28,000 INR.
