Overview
Acumen GPS India is seeking a Customer Support Executive based in Delhi-NCR to provide outstanding assistance to customers. This role requires fluency in Telugu and Malayalam, with additional communication skills in Hindi and English, to support users effectively across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries through phone, email, and chat platforms.
- Offer support in Telugu and Malayalam languages.
- Troubleshoot issues relating to GPS devices and related software.
- Guide customers through device installation, software updates, and technical processes.
- Escalate unresolved or complex problems to relevant technical teams.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent speaking skills in Telugu and Malayalam (mandatory).
- Competent communication abilities in Hindi and English.
- Excellent customer service aptitude coupled with strong problem-solving capability.
- Basic understanding of GPS technology and devices is advantageous.
- Capability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
