The company operates internationally across the Middle East, Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region, and its diesel engines serve sectors such as agriculture, construction, marine, and power generation.
Role overview
This position is suited to a mature professional with prior experience who can manage customer-facing operations, support client communication, and assist with basic office administration along with day-to-day accounts data entry in Tally.
Core responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for customers and handle inquiries, concerns, and complaints by phone and email in a prompt, courteous manner.
- Maintain client accounts and support relationship management through clear and professional communication.
- Independently prepare, structure, and send emails to customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Record customer conversations, service issues, and resolutions accurately in MS Word and Excel.
- Carry out routine billing, invoicing, and basic accounting-related data entry work.
Additional requirements
- Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience in customer support, client relationship management, or back-office administration.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Fluency in spoken Gujarati is mandatory.
- Ability to speak Marathi is preferred and will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on working knowledge of Tally is required.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel, is needed.
- The role calls for strong problem-solving ability, good telephone manners, patience, and a customer-first attitude.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Only candidates from Mumbai can apply. There are 2 openings available. The salary offered is ₹2,00,000 to ₹2,40,000 per year. The selected candidate is expected to join immediately.
