Job Overview
We are hiring Customer Support Associates for an onsite role in Kolkata. The position involves working in a customer service environment supporting clients primarily through semi-voice processes. Candidates should be comfortable working from the office in rotational shifts.
Eligibility and Skills
- Applicants should be graduates or undergraduates.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi communication is essential.
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with 85% accuracy is required.
- Open to both freshers and candidates with experience.
- Candidates with locomotor disabilities are encouraged to apply.
Compensation and Benefits
- For freshers, the monthly cost to company (CTC) is ₹16,000, with an approximate in-hand salary of ₹11,240.
- For candidates with minimum one year of experience, monthly CTC is ₹18,000, with an approximate in-hand salary of ₹13,163.
- Quarterly performance bonuses amounting to ₹3,192 are provided.
Work Schedule and Additional Details
- Working 6 days a week with one weekly rotational off.
- Shift length totals 9 hours, including 8 hours of work and a 1-hour break.
- The work environment is 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Immediate joining is available for selected candidates.
- No sales targets are involved.
