Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in shaping product development and process improvements.
- Design and implement sales strategies to drive growth.
- Enhance the customer journey to boost performance and revenue.
- Manage sales activities related to existing clients.
- Oversee customer relations and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Provide consultation and support to customers via phone and written communication.
- Serve as the personal contact for international clients.
- Conduct pricing and contract negotiations effectively.
- Facilitate onboarding for new customers.
- Offer advice and promote additional products and services.
- Handle complaint management and resolve escalation cases.
- Support accounting-related duties.
- Professionally edit, refine language, and translate marketing emails and campaign content.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in the local market language (German) and/or proficiency in business English.
- Residence in or near the target region with geographic familiarity.
- Previous experience in the vacation rental or hospitality sector, bringing relevant industry knowledge.
