Role Summary
Rechat is looking for a motivated and proactive Customer Success Account Manager to help clients get the most value from the platform. In this remote role, you will act as the main contact for a portfolio of customers, develop long-term relationships with brokerages, and support them in reaching their business goals through effective use of Rechat.
You will spend time learning each client’s workflow, recommending the most suitable product approach, and ensuring strong adoption and continued success. The role also involves close collaboration with internal teams to surface customer feedback, share product insights, gather testimonials, and identify opportunities that support company growth.
Success in this position requires excellent communication, strong time management, technical comfort, and the ability to quickly understand and explain product features in a practical way. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, adaptable, and comfortable building trust in a fast-moving startup setting. Regular, proactive communication and dependable follow-through are essential so clients stay informed about new features, improvements, and best practices.
This is a fully remote position that may be performed from anywhere in the United States.
What You Will Do
- Deliver Rechat solutions on time and in a way that supports each customer’s needs and business objectives.
- Improve product adoption and engagement by working with clients to create and execute success plans aligned to their goals.
- Review client use cases and recommend best practices that increase product usage, adoption, and return on investment.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client workflows, integrations, and data at a high level and turning business needs into practical product guidance.
- Handle a large volume of incoming client requests, coordinate with internal teams, and stay ahead of customer needs whenever possible.
- Spot risks and growth opportunities through regular check-ins and strategic business reviews to strengthen relationships and improve retention.
- Track and report progress on deliverables and initiatives so deadlines are met and outcomes are achieved.
- Maintain consistent execution and measurable success across all assigned accounts.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent mix of education and work experience.
- Preferably 5+ years in a SaaS account management, customer success, or similar client-facing role.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment and the ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities are strongly preferred.
- Strong grasp of SaaS products, CRM systems, marketing technology, or similar platforms.
- Ability to learn new products quickly and keep up with feature updates and releases.
- Comfort discussing workflows, integrations, and data concepts with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong planning and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills with a consultative, customer-first style.
- Basic knowledge of the real estate industry is preferred; direct experience in the industry is an advantage.
- Outgoing, professional presence and the ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams.
- Background checks and reference checks are required.
