About the Role
Join our expanding remote team as a Customer Service Representative, where your role will be to deliver outstanding support to customers via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a positive overall experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond quickly and efficiently to customer emails;
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally;
- Assist clients through live chat platforms;
- Address routine inquiries promptly and effectively;
- Escalate complicated issues to specialized teams as necessary;
- Keep customer records accurate and up-to-date;

Required Qualifications

- Equivalent full-time salary between $58,000 and $71,000 annually (based on a 40-hour week);
