This role supports international voice operations focusing on healthcare services for US-based clients. The role requires working the US day shift hours (9 PM to 6 AM IST, Monday through Friday) from a distraction-free home office equipped with reliable high-speed internet, a webcam, and a headset.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling and coordination of daily activities for healthcare personnel.
• Participate in screening and hiring of caregivers.
• Maintain strong, ongoing communication with field staff to foster positive relationships and uphold the company brand.
• Assign client shifts by pairing the most suitable caregiver.
• Build and sustain excellent rapport with US-based team members.
• Operate and ensure compliance with the company’s service delivery platform standards.
• Handle inbound calls providing exemplary customer service support.
• Generate and maintain daily and weekly staffing performance reports.
• Assist with payroll related tasks.
• Offer HR-related assistance to healthcare workers as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum three years’ experience in customer service representative roles, preferably involving US, UK, Australian, or other international clientele.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
• Advanced proficiency in using computers including document management, spreadsheets, and web-based applications.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated with exceptional time management skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Clear and professional voice quality with HD video capability for remote interviews and meetings.
