Job Overview
We are looking for candidates to join the Bajaj domestic voice process handling both inbound and outbound calls. This opportunity is ideal for freshers or experienced individuals with basic communication skills. The position is based in Kalyani Nagar, Pune.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service using Hindi and Marathi languages.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum educational qualification: HSC Pass or higher.
- Basic communication skills suitable for voice processes.
- Willingness to work in a domestic call center environment.
Work Schedule and Location
- Working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Weekly off on Sundays.
- Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary starting at ₹13,700 in hand per month.
- Additional unlimited incentives based on performance.
- Special salary packages up to ₹16,000 for regional language speakers.
