Customer Service Agent - Product Registration

Responsibilities

• Enter product data into various systems and platforms, ensuring all registration information strictly complies with our client's guidelines.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues related to product descriptions.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a home office model.
• Have a suitable home workspace (desk, chair, and quiet environment).
• Reside in São Paulo or Greater São Paulo region.
• Availability to work onsite at the office in Vila Olímpia neighborhood whenever requested by the company or leadership.
• Wired internet connection with speeds above 10MB (Wi-Fi not acceptable).
• Skill in multitasking with multiple screens simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Additional Information

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (5 days a week), timing to be arranged according to operational needs.
