Job Overview
This role involves working remotely as a Customer Support and Sales Officer, focusing on onboarding customers, nurturing relationships, and achieving sales targets through collaboration with teams and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Sign up new customers and educate them about the company’s products and services.
- Analyze customer needs and register their details effectively in the application.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers to foster strong relationships, promote repeat business, and generate referrals.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to understand sales targets and coordinate with team members to achieve goals.
- Work alongside internal teams and transporters to ensure consistent load procurement.
- Perform well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.

- Outstanding communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Compensation
The role is incentive-based with a payment of INR 3,000 per completed vehicle order placed. Initial onboarding incentive of INR 3,000 is provided.
