Role Overview
The Real Estate Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for managing the entire client journey in property transactions. This position entails overseeing lead generation, facilitating property viewings, providing post-sale assistance, and coordinating across multiple departments to ensure exceptional customer experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage and cultivate leads; respond to buyer inquiries and log interactions through dedicated Real Estate CRM software.
- Support clients during property visits, bookings, payments, and handle associated legal documents.
- Address customer complaints effectively, foster strong relationships with buyers, and gather feedback to optimize the customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with legal, finance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth property possession and quality after-sales service.
Additional Details
This role is based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India, offering a monthly remuneration package between 15000 to 24000 INR.
