Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join our team and engage potential and existing customers by presenting Club Mahindra membership benefits. The role involves reaching out to new, churned, and cold leads to drive sales, logging transactions, and ensuring system updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential or current customers to explain and promote Club Mahindra membership advantages.
- Engage fresh, churned, and inactive leads to convert them into confirmed sales, collect down payments, and maintain sales logs with system updates.
- Meet monthly sales targets for both unit sales and revenue generation.
- Make daily sales calls, fulfill call quotas, and consistently follow up on pending cases.
- Manage any customer escalations professionally and promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Encourage existing customers to upgrade their memberships to longer durations, obtain referrals, and close sales effectively.
Required Competencies and Skills
- Proven experience as a comprehensive sales professional handling both inside and field sales.
- Track record of achieving consistent sales targets, preferably with experience in virtual sales environments.
- Ability to articulate product and service details clearly to prospective customers, facilitating successful sales closures.
- Calm demeanor with professionalism in dealing with rejection and objections.
- Strong negotiation abilities and effective complaint resolution skills.
- Team player with the aptitude to operate successfully in high-pressure situations.
