About the Role
We are looking for dedicated Customer Care Executives to join our team in Bengaluru. This role involves interacting with customers through phone, email, or chat to resolve their concerns effectively and ensure their satisfaction. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly and patiently with customers via multiple channels, managing both inbound and outbound interactions.
- Identify and troubleshoot customer issues promptly, providing effective solutions.
- Exhibit empathy and patience towards frustrated or confused customers, fostering a positive support experience.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the company’s products or services to assist customers accurately.
- Collaborate with team members and adapt to evolving processes and tools.
Qualifications and Eligibility
- Must be at least 12th pass or hold any graduate degree.
- Fluency in English and any one additional language such as Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, or Malayalam is required.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Immediate joining preferred.
