Overview
We are seeking a courteous and professional Customer Care Executive to join our team at V3S Motors, located in Bengaluru's BTM Layout. This role focuses on addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a satisfying customer experience across multiple communication channels.
Key Duties
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, and other platforms.
- Understand and address customer concerns accurately with appropriate solutions.
- Handle and resolve complaints promptly and courteously.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer issues are fully resolved.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and complaints.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer problems effectively.
- Provide information regarding products, services, pricing, and company procedures.
- Meet or exceed customer service and performance goals.
- Develop and sustain positive and professional relationships with customers.
- Escalate complex matters to supervisors or managers as needed.
- Adhere to company policies related to customer service.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
- Open to both freshers and individuals with prior customer service experience.
- Experience in call center operations is an advantage.
- Basic computer literacy, including MS Office and CRM software, is necessary.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with patience and professionalism.
- Capability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Familiarity with local languages, Hindi, and English preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from 15000 to 25000 INR, depending on experience.
