About the Role and Company

This remote role is within Nestlé Professional Solutions, focused on delivering products and solutions to foodservice operations like workplaces, restaurants, hotels, and educational institutions through an extensive portfolio including Stouffer's, Coffee mate, Nescafé, and Starbucks.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain executive relationships with decision makers across assigned accounts.
- Create compelling proposals tailored to customer needs using consumer insights and effective storytelling.
- Engage in strategic joint business planning and reporting aligned with partner and internal goals.
- Leverage insights and analytics to guide business decisions.
- Become a subject matter expert in customer channels to build trust.
- Manage complex partnership contracts and programs with new and existing clients.
- Perform detailed cost-benefit analyses for high-value partnerships.
- Show strong executive presence and professionalism.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, category, digital, finance, and sales teams to evaluate performance and implement initiatives.
- Lead program implementation and national account rollouts while ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities.
- Represent both customer and company in interactions with key stakeholders internally and externally.
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 8 years in B2B sales or general management experience within Fortune 500 companies, premium or luxury brands, or the food and beverage sector.
- At least 3 years of national program management experience.
- Minimum 3 years handling complex contract negotiations.
- Strong foundational financial understanding.
- Functional expertise in marketing, operations, finance, and competitive strategy.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and ambiguity.
- Knowledge of Request for Proposal (RFP) processes and submission procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information effectively.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual salary range is $120,000 to $160,000, subject to variation based on experience and location. Nestlé offers performance-based incentives, 401k with company match, healthcare coverage, and a comprehensive benefits package.
