Custodial Services Worker

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Custodial Services Worker. This role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and safety across our facilities, ensuring a healthy environment for customers and staff alike. Key Duties

• Follow established safety protocols, complying with OSHA, local, state, federal, and company regulations to maintain a secure workplace.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness to promote health and safety.
• Properly handle and upkeep housekeeping equipment.
• Clean assigned areas according to Aramark and client specifications.
• Manage waste by following disposal procedures and transporting trash to designated locations.
• Report any maintenance issues through appropriate channels.
• Secure the facility by locking and unlocking buildings as needed.
• Protect company property and assets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to adhere to safety guidelines regarding physical risks and chemical exposure.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests, clients, and colleagues.
• Remain flexible to meet the needs of guests and changing work requirements.

The position may involve physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and prolonged standing or walking. Uniforms and personal protective equipment may be required.
