About the Role and Organization

Banker's Lounge Academy, a well-established financial training organization founded 16 years ago in Cairo, Egypt, has educated over 80,000 graduates, with a significant portion employed within the banking sector. As part of its expansion into the digital assets domain focused on the APAC/Singapore region, the Academy is seeking a Crypto Tokenization & Real-World Assets (RWA) Specialist with direct industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

The appointed specialist will utilize their hands-on experience with tokenized assets to develop practical, concrete educational materials aimed at banking professionals and students. The curriculum will focus on institutional applications of tokenization and RWAs, illustrated through demos and case studies conducted in secure, simulated environments without using confidential client data.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is someone who has actively participated in structuring tokenized funds, is familiar with Singapore’s Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regulations including the Payment Services Act and Securities and Futures Act, has experience collaborating with custodians or capital markets desks, or has been involved in developing operational tokenized financial products.

Format and Schedule

This is a fully remote, full-time role involving hybrid teaching methods including pre-recorded lessons and live interactive sessions timed to accommodate Singapore and Cairo time zones.
