Role Overview
We are assembling a top-tier content team across several cryptocurrency projects and seek a seasoned, proactive Content Lead to guide and expand this team effectively.
Duties
- Formulate SEO-driven content strategies aimed at improving search rankings, increasing website traffic, and enhancing conversion rates.
- Participate in hiring efforts by recruiting, interviewing, training, and supporting writers and editors.
- Establish clear goals, maintain high-quality content standards, and set performance benchmarks.
- Efficiently employ AI-powered tools while preserving originality, value, and a natural tone in all content.
- Keep abreast of evolving trends in cryptocurrency, search engine algorithms, and market dynamics.
Candidate Profile
- Exceptional proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Demonstrated success in ranking articles on Google.
- Strong capabilities in SEO, keyword analysis, and creating sales-oriented content.
- Experience in leading and developing content teams.
- Competence with AI-assisted content processes.
- A proactive, innovative, and flexible approach to work.
- Prior exposure to the crypto industry is highly advantageous.
