Key Responsibilities

As a Crew Member, you will be trained on various restaurant stations such as grill, cashier, preparation, salsa, and expo. You will prepare food by hand daily and contribute to delivering exceptional customer service within a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A positive and enthusiastic approach to customer and team interactions
• A genuine interest in learning cooking skills extensively
• Minimum age of 16 years
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the workplace

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay ranging from $20.00 to $21.00 plus digital tips
• Tuition assistance covering selected degrees fully or up to $5,250 per year
