The Role
As a Crew Member at Chipotle in Azusa, CA, you will be part of a team that takes pride in crafting real food by hand every day without relying on freezers or microwaves. Each team member is trained extensively to confidently work at various stations such as grill, cashier, preparation, salsa, and expo, ensuring customers enjoy an exceptional dining experience with friendly and efficient service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh food daily at multiple stations with care and accuracy.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Operate at different roles including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Bring a positive and enthusiastic approach to work every day.
- Have a passion for serving and helping customers and teammates.
- Willingness to learn extensive cooking skills.
- Communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location.

Compensation
The hourly pay range for this position is $20.00 to $21.00, with digital tips added on top of base compensation. Actual pay may vary based on experience, skills, and education. A competitive benefits package is offered.
