Creative Content Producer

About the Role

We are seeking a Creative Content Producer based in Doral, FL, with strong graphic design expertise, a refined eye for aesthetics, and a passion for hands-on creative execution. This role is instrumental in shaping the narrative of our brand by delivering thoughtfully crafted creative outputs that resonate across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create creative materials at every phase, from initial concept through to final production.
• Design visual assets such as graphics, emails, presentations, social media content, and marketing collateral consistent with Gaui's brand identity.
• Transform campaign ideas, product launches, and creative concepts into engaging, polished outputs.
• Develop mood boards and detailed creative briefs to guide projects.
• Provide support and execution for photoshoots, campaigns, and other creative productions both in-office and on location as needed.
• Edit and retouch photography and graphic elements during post-production to ensure high quality.
• Collaborate closely with Brand Director, Head of Marketing, and Creative Lead to maintain brand standards.
• Ensure all deliverables meet Gaui’s visual standards and readiness for publication.
• Maintain organized creative assets, production files, and design systems to optimize workflow efficiency.
• Continuously seek ways to improve the creativity, quality, and execution of all produced work.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least five years of professional experience in graphic design, creative production, or related creative positions.
• Minimum three years working for premium fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands emphasizing visual storytelling and creativity.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent taste, inventive thinking, and top-tier execution across diverse media.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Deep understanding of typography, layout, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling principles.
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple projects with keen attention to detail.
• Collaborative approach with strong communication skills to effectively receive and apply creative feedback.
• High standards of quality, ownership mindset, curiosity, and continuous self-improvement in creative craft.

Role Significance

This position goes beyond creative production; it is about actively shaping the brand's presence through detailed, thoughtful creative work that truly connects with audiences. The ideal candidate is meticulous, perceptive, and committed to refining their craft continually, while drawing inspiration from diverse cultural influences such as fashion, architecture, design, film, and photography.

Employment Details

This is a full-time, on-site role at our office in Doral, Florida, with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Flexibility for occasional Saturdays is required to support photoshoots, content production, and special projects.

Compensation ranges from $62,000 to $70,000 annually, based on experience, portfolio quality, and fit.

Additional Information

Candidates must reside in or near Miami, FL, and be able to commute to the Doral premises. Ideally, applicants should be available to start within 1–2 weeks.
