Role Summary
This role involves operating within a virtual marketplace where creative professionals source projects. Responsibilities include devising original creative concepts and producing visual or written materials for various brands across digital and traditional media channels. Daily activities involve brainstorming with teams, producing campaign materials, ensuring alignment with brand strategies, and refining outputs responding to feedback.
The individual will work closely with account managers and clients to fully grasp project goals, maintain brand coherence, and deliver superior creative products within set deadlines. Additional duties include engaging in pitch presentations and influencing the overall creative direction of Adshop's client initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven ability to conceive novel and effective creative ideas.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with internal teams and client representatives.
- Experience in creative strategy and brand alignment.
- Strong written communication capabilities for persuasive and clear copywriting.
- A portfolio that demonstrates previous creative achievements in design, copywriting, campaigns, or related fields.
- Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, adhere to deadlines, and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Awareness of digital marketing, social media content creation, or advertising processes considered a plus.
- Preferred educational background includes a diploma or degree in design, communication, marketing, or similar creative disciplines.
