Corporate Travel Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a Corporate Travel Executive responsible for orchestrating comprehensive travel arrangements for employees, senior leaders, guests, investors, clients, and visitors. This role ensures seamless, timely, and cost-efficient coordination of both domestic and international trips.

Primary Duties

• Manage bookings for flights, trains, hotels, cabs, and other transportation modes.
• Design detailed travel itineraries and adeptly handle last-minute modifications, cancellations, and urgent situations.
• Liaise effectively with airlines, hotels, travel agencies, and transport service providers.
• Assist with visa processing, travel insurance, and international travel documentation.
• Negotiate favorable rates to optimize travel costs.
• Maintain comprehensive travel documentation, invoices, and management information system (MIS) reports.
• Ensure strict adherence to organizational travel policies.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses a bachelor's degree in any field.
• Has 3 to 5 years of experience managing corporate travel or related administrative duties.
• Strong understanding of domestic travel procedures with basic familiarity with international travel norms.
• Well-connected with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and transportation providers.
• Demonstrates excellent planning, coordination, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and online travel booking platforms.
• Capable of handling multiple travel arrangements efficiently under tight deadlines.
