Corporate Human Resource Manager

Role Overview

Sunovaa Tech is seeking an experienced Corporate Human Resource Manager to take charge of all aspects of the company's HR functions. This role involves managing performance management systems, employee recognition programs, compliance, and employee relations to foster a positive organizational culture in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee comprehensive Corporate HR operations across the organization.
• Manage the Performance Management System including annual appraisals, compensation revisions, and promotion processes.
• Design and implement initiatives to boost employee engagement, wellness, rewards, and cultural events.
• Coordinate and lead leadership town halls, annual meetings, and company communication strategies.
• Develop and enforce HR policies while ensuring adherence to statutory laws and regulations.
• Address employee relations including grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with company objectives.
• Supervise HR operations, including HRMS management, workforce planning, and HR analytics reporting.
• Drive talent management efforts such as succession planning, learning and development, and employee retention.
• Mentor and manage the HR team to promote an inclusive and dynamic workplace culture.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in Corporate HR, HR Operations, or HR Business Partner roles.
• Proven expertise in leading performance appraisal cycles and employee engagement programs.
• Hands-on experience organizing corporate townhalls, leadership events, and internal communication campaigns.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, statutory compliance, and best HR practices.
• Proficiency in managing employee relations, grievance resolution, and conflict management.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and interpersonal relations.
• Proficient with HRMS software, Microsoft Office suite, and HR analytics/reporting tools.
• Postgraduate qualification such as MBA or PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
• Experience supervising HR teams within medium to large companies is highly valued.
