Join VBS Concierge as a Corporate Executive based in Ajman, UAE, to provide high-level project coordination and executive support aligned with the CEO's priorities. This full-time onsite role demands strong organizational skills, stakeholder management, and a firm grasp of corporate and legal frameworks within the UAE business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate CEO priorities into well-defined tasks, deliverables, and schedules.
  • Oversee and track internal strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the execution of holding companies, subsidiaries, SPVs, family trusts, and business restructuring projects.
  • Liaise effectively with internal teams, consultants, legal and tax advisors, financial institutions, and official bodies.
  • Maintain detailed project trackers, action registers, meeting records, and decision logs.
  • Ensure consistent follow-ups with stakeholders to drive timely completion of assigned actions.
  • Detect potential delays, risks, or dependencies and promptly escalate these to the CEO.
  • Prepare succinct weekly dashboards and management updates for executive review.
  • Safeguard confidentiality relating to sensitive business, financial, legal, and family information.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Law, Management, or a related discipline.
  • MBA or project management certification considered advantageous.
  • 4 to 8 years of pertinent experience involving project management, consulting, CEO office coordination, governance, or business transformation.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience within the UAE or GCC region.
  • Preferred experience working with legal advisors, tax experts, auditors, corporate service providers, banks, government entities, and senior management.
  • Exposure to real estate, holding companies, family business structures, SPVs, or corporate restructuring is beneficial.
