Position Overview

This role is to serve as a Corporate Communications Manager in the United States, offering leadership of a specialized communications function within a prominent and sensitive context. • Track legal, regulatory, and media developments to detect emerging risks and prospects.
• Represent communications in strategic meetings, executive briefings, and stakeholder planning sessions.
• Create polished communication materials tailored for senior executives and external audiences.

Qualifications and Experience

• 6 to 9 years experience in corporate communications with a strong background in media relations.
• Proven track record dealing with sensitive communications concerning legal, litigation, regulatory, financial, or crises situations.
• Skilled at influencing senior executives and collaborating with legal counsel and cross-functional teams.
• Experienced in independently leading complex projects with solid project management capabilities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with an aptitude for simplifying intricate subjects.
• Strong judgment and capacity to operate efficiently under pressure and in fast-changing environments.
• Understanding the interplay between legal strategies and communication plans.
• Comfortable managing both strategic vision and detailed execution.
• Experience in publicly traded companies is advantageous.
• Knowledge of securities litigation, regulatory enforcement communications, or experience with external legal counsel is beneficial.
