Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking candidates for the role of Telecaller within the Human Resources and Overseas Recruitment sector. This role is suitable for recent graduates or professionals with between six months to one year of experience. The primary duty involves making 70 to 100 calls daily to prospective job seekers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct daily outbound telephone conversations with potential candidates.
- Clearly communicate the processes involved in overseas recruitment to applicants.
- Maintain and update detailed call records within the designated system.
- Follow up with candidates using phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails as needed.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong verbal and written English communication abilities.
- Fresh graduates or individuals possessing six months to one year of relevant work experience.
Compensation
The monthly salary ranges from INR 14,000 to INR 18,000.
